Alyssa was stuck in a cycle of trying to lose fat and eat healthier but kept falling short. She felt overwhelmed and her progress was minimal. After one month of working with me, she made more progress than she had trying on her own for years.
We simplified forming good habits and worked on developing a healthy relationship with food. We made sure we were working towards her goals without working against her lifestyle.
We made great progress with her weight loss goals with this structure, even with a daily dessert in her plan for her sweet tooth. Her strength improved a lot as we really focused on form and intensity through video analysis of exercises.
The foundations we built have given Alyssa so much confidence to set new goals and continue to progress! I continue to match her effort and new goals to continue our journey together in alignment.
