Annah had been resistance to weight loss her whole life. She is an active person, but her numbers never improved. She tried personal trainers, nutritionists, intense exercise plans, and lived in the gym killing herself doing exercises she hated and exhausted her.
Her goal was to lose weight, but she also wanted to understand what her body needed specifically. I didn’t try to fit Annah into another plan, but I made the plan fit into her life and needs.
In our time together, Annah lost around 25 pounds sustainably and has been able to keep it off. She learned how to fuel her body, saw massive improvements in her cholesterol, and finally lost the weight she had been trying to lose for so long with restriction and intense plans.
The biggest difference Annah noticed was she was eating more food than she ever had in the past, and her body felt safe to respond. Annah trusted the process and showed up, and the results followed!
