Hi, I’m Dani! A health & lifestyle coach.

My own journey didn’t start with balance… but it started from a place of burnout and frustration. I used to tie my worth to how I looked and pushed my body to extremes and restriction. The more I pushed, the more disconnected I felt from my true self. I never understood what it meant to live in alignment and it was easy to choose the path that looked the best from the outside, ignoring what actually felt best for me and my lifestyle. I was constantly starting over and wondering why nothing ever stuck.

Everything shifted when I chose to come back to myself. I started listening to what my body, mind, and soul actually needed. I focused on feeling better, not just looking better, and from that place, my entire life transformed.

What I believe

I believe that wellness is not a one-size-fits-all plan. It’s a personal journey of reconnecting with your body and aligning your life with what truly matters to you.
