How it works

ONE

We’ll start with a complimentary consultation call to chat about your current habits, fitness goals, lifestyle, and any challenges you’re facing. This is a no-pressure space to see if we’re a good fit and how I can best support you.

THREE

You’ll get access to your workouts, meal plan, check-ins, and direct line to me. We’ll do weekly accountability check-ins, track your progress, and make adjustments as needed. You’ll have ongoing coaching, support, and encouragement every step of the way.

TWO

If we’re a good fit, we’ll set a start date and commitment. I’ll create a personalized plan tailored to your goals and needs. My approach is to meet you where you are and build from there.
