My go-to fall yogurt bowl

My Current Fall Fixation: Apple Yogurt Bowl 🍎

Okay friends, every time I post this yogurt bowl, I get questions about it, so I think it officially deserves a spot on the blog! Yogurt bowls are the G.O.A.T. of snacks. Seriously, I have one every single day. They feel like a little treat in the middle of the day, but they're also packed with protein, fiber, and nutrients to help keep me satisfied and energized between meals. Pairing protein with fiber-rich foods can also help support steadier blood sugar levels.

One of my favorite things about yogurt bowls is how versatile they are. I switch mine up with the seasons, and there are seriously hundreds of combinations you can create.

This chocolate apple combination is my current fixation!

When you're eating something consistently (especially every day), I think it's worth paying attention to the quality of the ingredients you're choosing. That's why I'm sharing the specific brands I personally love and use for this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • FAGE Greek Yogurt: My go-to for its simple ingredients, thick consistency, and creamy texture.

  • Protein Powder: Any brand works! For this bowl, I used Legion's Cocoa Cereal flavor.

  • Cacao Powder: Optional, but perfect if you want an extra chocolatey flavor.

  • Apple: I love adding plenty so there's a little crunch in every bite.

  • Pistachios: For extra crunch, healthy fats, and flavor.

  • Chocolate Chips: Because a little chocolate makes everything better!

How to make it:

  1. Add your Greek yogurt to a bowl.

  2. Mix in your protein and cacao until smooth and creamy.

  3. Chop your apple into bite-sized pieces.

  4. Mix in apples & top with pistachios and chocolate chips.

  5. Eat up!

The most satisfying snack that feels like dessert but also provides some great nutrients. Feel free to make changes and make it your own! Swap the fruit, change the protein flavor, or add different toppings.

I hope you love this one as much as I do!
